Surrounded by forest by close to trails and town, this home is a lovely retreat for families and groups looking to relax. The living room has plenty of seating around the gas fireplace, or enjoy soaking in your own private hot tub as you breathe in Sunriver’s characteristic fresh air. The super spacious full kitchen features full-size appliances and enough counter space for everyone to help cook. Guests who need to work away at some remote work can do so at the desk workspaces (complete with monitors) in the kitchen and the upstairs bedroom. The other two bedrooms lie downstairs, along with a second living room that features the home’s private foosball table. During their stay, guests can also enjoy access to a shared pool, sauna, tennis court, and more. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
