This villa is located in Peristerona near Latchi, Cyprus. Both the kitchen and living room have air conditioning. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with en-suite handicap-equipped bathroom and A/C and 2 twin bedrooms, both with A/C and en suite bathrooms. On the first floor there is a master double-bedroom with A/C, en suite bathroom, and balcony access. Living Room: The air conditioned living room has: sofas, WiFi Internet, Satellite TV, DVD player and dining area. There are patio doors to the pool terrace Kitchen: The air conditioned kitchen features: granite work-tops, full oven, cooking hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages or additional cleaning required.
