Our Lake View Penthouse stands out with its unparalleled lakeside location. On the one hand it is quietly situated on its own, on the other hand the ski area is only one bus-stop away. The charming old town, the beautiful lake and the entrance to the ski area can easily be reached in just a few minutes on foot. Lake View on Top!
The breathtaking view from the balcony towards the surrounding mountains is second to none. On approximately 95sqm, the apartment features two separate bedrooms, as well as a cosy mezzanine – ready for our guests to have an unforgettable holiday experience. With additional sofa-beds in the lounge, the charmingly furnished and apartment can accommodate up to 10 people, and there are both a shower-room and a bathroom. The icing on the cake is the vast balcony and our sauna – quite a treat for a snug winter evening. Naturally, guests can expect free Wi-Fi as well as private parking in front of the house....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
