Large private beaches with warm and clear waters, natural swimming pools, reefs, coconut palms, and tropical trees are the magic of this paradise.
The property has a large main house with a lunch/dinner room for up to 80 people.
Besides, the spacious lounge with game tables, bars, lounges is a very pleasant place to be entertained and chat.
There are 29 suites, all with sea views, most of which are divided between 2 houses on top of the reefs with stunning views of the sea, 4 long structures on stilts, to benefit from a light refreshing constant breeze.
The staff services included in the daily rate took care of the maintenance and cleaning of the house as soon as its proper functioning (water, generator, etc.)
There is the possibility to hire cooks and helpers, waiters, bartenders, babysitters, etc...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- A photo of the ID of all guests staying overnight is required to be sent to us prior to arrival
- Random visits are not allowed and are subject to approval.
- Parties are not allowed
- It is not allowed to play loud music after 10PM
- Smoking is not allowed inside of the property
