Whether you’re soaking up the sun by your private pool with swim-up bar, relaxing in the brand-new hot tub, or exploring the vibrant charm of South Beach Marina and Harbour Town, you’re never far from the best Hilton Head has to offer. * Please note that a valid ID from the primary guest and a signed rental agreement are required to finalize your reservation. Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations. Pets if approved are $175 per pet which we will request separately. Unfortunately, one of our owners is highly allergic to cats so we will not be able to accommodate any cats at this home. If you’d like pool heat, there is a fee of $400/week. Sea Pines does require each car to purchase a pass at the Sea Pines Entry gate.
