Step into island luxury at this beautifully updated 4-bedroom, 3-bath coastal retreat — perfectly located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation, just a short walk or bike ride to the beach!
Whether you’re soaking up the sun by your private pool with swim-up bar (pool heat $600), relaxing in the hot tub, or exploring the vibrant charm of South Beach Marina and Harbour Town, you’re never far from the best Hilton Head has to offer.

Please note--we also require additional documentation to be reviewed and signed for all reservations.
Pets if approved are $175 per pet which we will request separately. Unfortunately, one of our owners is highly allergic to cats so we will not be able to accommodate any cats at this home.
If you’d like pool heat, there is a fee of $600/week.
Sea Pines does require each car to purchase a pass at the Sea Pines Entry gate. Currently the rate is $22/per car
Guests will have all access to the house and its amenities.

Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, is a delightful coastal getaway known for its natural beauty, outdoor activities, and significant cultural elements. The island boasts nearly 10-12 miles of immaculate beaches, offering plenty of opportunities for sunbathing, swimming, and beachcombing.
Golf enthusiasts will find Hilton Head Island to be a haven with over 24 championship golf courses designed by renowned architects such as Robert Trent Jones Sr., Pete Dye, and Jack Nicklaus. The island's mild climate allows for golfing throughout the year.
