This beautifully designed, and newly constructed home (2014) sleeps up to 10 people, including the loft space. It is nestled next to the jungle in San Buenaventura de Osa (a small town just off the paved Costanera Highway). Throughout most times of the year, you can hear the stream that runs 100 feet behind
the property.
Enjoy all the sounds that a Costa Rica jungle has, including toucans, howler monkeys and dozens of species of birds.
You can see the driving range of San Buenas Golf Resort which is located within walking distance of this home.
The open floor plan, LED lighting, outdoor Jacuzzi (also with LED lighting) make this a wonderful place to get away from it all!

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
