The villa consists of three bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable double bed and access to a private balcony. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share two full bathrooms with a bathtub, as well as a guest toilet.
The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all modern amenities, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine (filters), toaster, juicer, and hand blender. The dining area opens onto the comfortable living room, which in turn leads directly to the private terrace. This terrace is perfect for outdoor dining, offering a barbecue and three sun loungers for relaxation.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
