Located 200 meters from Playa Chaman in Uvita, this Bungalow, Pool Suite, has everything one wants in a visit to Costa Rica.
There are two bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, a bathroom, and a full kitchen on the main floor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning.
Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed. Bedroom #2 has a ’double + single’ bunk bed. The sleeper sofa is perfect for larger families or groups and comfortably sleeps two children or one adult (two adults can also use it). The unit sleeps 6-7 guests.
This Suite has a shared swimming pool and a shared parking area with one other unit located above.
PERFECT LOCATION in Uvita. A short 1–2-minute walk to the beach. Playa Chaman is part of the chain of beaches along the pacific coast. It is possible to walk for miles.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
