The Home
This large, newly built home in a new subdivision in Prince Edward County has room for the whole family with four bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens, and one bunk bed with twin and double beds). There is also a double pullout bed in the den for extra guests. Get the morning started right with a complimentary tea or coffee and plan your day touring the county. Evenings can be spent playing in the unfinished basement games room (poker or darts) or snuggling up on the comfortable couch with Netflix (no cable) or any of our large variety of games (Jenga, anyone?). Kids will love the bunkbed room which has their own private playing area with bean bag chairs and books galore. The master bedroom has its own TV with Netflix so the family can spread out and do their own thing every now and then.
Please note the exterior is monitored by a security camera and parties will not be tolerated. Request any guests in advance.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
