Welcome to West Devil Lake, a place to hang your hat and enjoy mother nature on a quiet bay nestled in the woods 20 minutes from Westport. The home is a part of a family oriented community that values preservation of the lake and wildlife around. To maintain outdoor serenity, instead of air conditioning the house is equipped with large windows and some shade.
THE HOUSE
The 4 bedroom house sits on top of a hill and sleeps 9 comfortably with 3 bedrooms on the upper floor which share a (very) large 4 piece bathroom and one on the lower level next to the 2nd full bathroom and large games/TV room. The kitchen, dining and living area are all on the main floor and look out to the lake facing south. There is no shortage of seating options throughout the house including the sunroom and porch. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
