Located in Tredós, just 3kms from the Baqueira-Beret ski slopes. Oak stairs and flooring, bleached chestnut woods, custom made carpentry for the apartment.
The apartment is one of our accommodations chosen by decoration magazines for an extensive report at the end of 2015.
The main floor is distributed in a large living-dining room with fireplace and built-in kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom. On the upper floor 2 suite bedrooms with their own bathroom. One of them configured as a big double bedroom and the other as a double.
The lower floor is distributed in a small hall, 1 double bedroom, one quadruple bedroom and a bathroom.
Ideal for a holiday with family or friends in the snow, or to enjoy the mountains of the Aran Valley.
The rent includes two parking spaces in the same building.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
