The space is distributed on one floor, with a living-dining room, an open kitchen and access to a balcony. In the sleeping area, two bedrooms, one main with a double bed and its own bathroom, the other with bunk beds and a bathroom outside.

The Val de Ruda development is completely closed to traffic and its extensive gardens are the favorite play area for the little ones.
From inside the development you will find access points to the overpass where the shopping arcade is located a few meters away, a place of leisure and entertainment for families during the winter season.
