Located in the upper area of the town of Gessa, the apartment enjoys beautiful views and the privilege of staying in one of the most attractive villages in the Aran Valley.
Refurbished and re-equipped at the end of 2015, the apartment is distributed on one floor, with a living-dining room with a fireplace, access to a small balcony and an open kitchen. In the night area, there is a double room with its own bathroom, a double room and a bathroom.
The rent includes a parking space in the building.
* Upon request, we will assess the possibility of adding a fifth occupant using the sofa bed in the living room.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
