L’Àguila is a benchmark of Modernism in Palma, was built by the well-known architect Gaspar Bennàssar and, for the first time, opens its doors as a tourist accommodation. Completely renovated inside but retaining its unique iron structure that creates wavy shapes on its facade photographed by everyone who visits the island.
The route through the representative monuments of this cultural movement of which Gaudí, who gives name to one of our suites was the biggest promoter, has as a mandatory stop this building considered Historical Heritage of Palma. From the summer of 2018 anyone who is on the island has the opportunity to stay in it.
Its great interior brightness, its high ceilings and its beautiful design make l’Àguila a unique place to stay in the old town of Palma, from where you can walk the streets of the center, go to the Cathedral, shopping or eating an ensaimada.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
