This one-of-a-kind property has undergone a light renovation in August 2021 which brought new bamboo floors on the lower level, fresh wall paint, repainted kitchen cabinets with upgraded soft-close hinges, new furniture on the upper living level, and added smart home technology. The house feels bright and modern, like a new home! As of May 2022, the home now has Air Conditioning for those hot summer days. We’re working on adding more smart tech where convenient; the smaller bedroom off the hall now features bedside lighting controls.
This 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom, two-story home is located in the Hiller Highlands neighborhood of Oakland overlooking the entire San Fransisco Bay - the views are breathtaking and reach as far as the Golden Gate Bridge!

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
- Parties of any kind are not allowed.
- You agree to pay a $5000 fee for any gatherings/parties or any events with number of people in excess of the number on the reservation..
- Please note: there are exterior security cameras and the neighbors also have cameras which monitor public spaces.
- The house accommodates no more than 6 people. Additional persons will incur a $100/night fee per person for the entire length of the booking.
