This one-of-a-kind property has undergone a light renovation in August 2021 which brought new bamboo floors on the lower level, fresh wall paint, repainted kitchen cabinets with upgraded soft-close hinges, new furniture on the upper living level, and added smart home technology. The house feels bright and modern, like a new home! As of May 2022, the home now has Air Conditioning for those hot summer days.
This is NOT a party house. This is a private home in a quiet residential neighborhood. The home has exterior cameras and the neighbors will call the authorities on any parties. We’d love to host you for your family vacation or business trip.
Please no smoking anywhere on the property including the patio; we want to do our part to mitigate fire risk in the hills during California’s current dry drought climate.
We kindly ask that you please remove your shoes upon entry and PLEASE Lift and Carry your luggage down the stairs to prevent scratching the new hardwood floors.
This home is carbon neutral, with solar panels that generate nearly 100% of its annual power needs. Enjoy energy-efficient heating and cooling with the modern heat pump system, cook on the sleek induction cooktop, and relax on beautiful bamboo flooring—knowing your stay makes a minimal impact on the environment.
Please contact Property Manager with any questions during your stay.
