In the village of Perledo, near hiking trails and surrounded by greenery of nature, there is Varenna Paradise 2. The apartment has a beautiful panoramic lake view of Lake Como and is located in a completely renovated villa.
Varenna Paradise 2 is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of a studio with a cooking area, a sofa bed with mattress of 120 cm and a single bed as well as a bathroom with shower. A small panoramic balcony and a private parking space complete the apartment. On the ground floor there is a large furnished garden shared with the other guests of the house and is ideal for sunbathing and enjoying the fresh air in the evening.
Simply furnished, the apartment features amenities such as WiFi and air conditioning. Varenna Paradise 2 is only 1.5 km from the lake, the famous Varenna, the train station and the ferry, with connections to and from Milan and all the central lake

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
