This great villa with its private swimming pool has a quiet, rural location in the coastal village of Pridraga. A perfect place to enjoy your next relaxed holiday with plenty of privacy. Only 300m from the beach and less than 30 minute drive from Zadar.
Interior of our villa consists of a spacious and bright living/dining area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, 3 elegant bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms and an additional toilet. Also, there is a balcony with beautiful sea view! Outside there is a lovely private heatable swimming pool, a spacious covered terrace with dining table, barbecue facilities, and a well kept fenced garden. A garage for the cars is at your disposal as well as bikes which the owner provides. For amusement you can play table tennis, table football, Nintendo Wii, darts and there is a children’s playground as well.
In Pridraga you will find a 6km pebble beach that is perfect for the whole family...

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- - The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged upon check-in:
- Tourist tax (330028):
- 0 EUR per booking (vat included).
- - Optional services:
- Cancellation Insurance: 6.98% of the booking price. Max.: 20000 EUR.
- - Bed linen is changed every 7 days.
- - Towels are changed every 7 days.
- - The swimming pool is available from 04-01 to 12-01.
- - Pets are not allowed.
- - Groups of young people are not allowed.
