The Home
This lovely and spacious holiday home with its private swimming pool is located in Visocane, a small village only 7km from the nearest beach and can comfortable accommodate up to 14 persons.
Your house has 300 m2 living area and is divided in two separate apartment, divided over two floors. Each features its own large charming covered terrace. A nice 8x4m swimming pool with loungers is located inside the fenced garden, as well as a covered dining area with a traditional stone barbecue.
Nearest sandy beaches are located at a distance of 7km, in the direction of Ljubac. Zadar, with its historic old town is reachable in a 15 minute car drive, same distance as Pag bridge which connects the island to the mainland. National Park Paklenica is also reachable in a short, less than half an hour ride. This makes your accommodation an ideal base to explore the rest of the region.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
