In a beautiful countryside setting Villa offers a tranquil
environment in a secluded position perfect for those seeking rest and
relaxation. This beautiful character property is located just 1.4km
outside the old town of Ciutadella, which was once the capital of
Menorca. Full of history and culture Ciutadella is well worth a visit
with a beautiful port crammed with restaurants, hand crafted night
stalls, weekly markets selling fresh produce and much more.
The accommodation is deceptively spacious having three twin bedrooms
and two double bedrooms, one of which on the first floor has en-suite
facilities. There is a lovely living/dining room leading to a fully
fitted kitchen as well as a separate sitting room with flat screen TV.
Outside, the covered terrace leads to a large sun terrace with patio
furniture and sun loungers...

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
