Villa Carducci (C.I.-M0230860166) lies in Pai, at about 6 km from Torri del Benaco, in a quiet and panoramic area surrounded by olive trees. The Villa is located at the beginning of the old road connecting the old village named Pai di Sopra with the lake and the beaches.
The villa is on two floors, both accessible by two separate entrances.
On the ground floor there is the sleeping area with 3 large air-conditioned bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is the living area which includes the kitchen, connected with the garden and the terrace, and the living room connected to the large balcony with a splendid view of the lake.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
