This beautiful 4-bedroom home in the 14th arrondissement, is perfect for up to 8 guests. With the Jardin du Luxembourg and the Notre-Dame within easy reach, it is conveniently located.
This home is split over 3 levels and includes a private courtyard garden.
KITCHEN AND DINING ROOM
The kitchen and dining room is spacious and open-plan. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with bar stools, as well as all the amenities you will need during your stay. There is a dining table and surrounding wicker chairs. From here, you can look out to the courtyard garden, and there is a door for access.
COURTYARD GARDEN
The courtyard garden is surrounded by plants and trees, so is a secluded space. There is a table and chairs for relaxing outside. At the rear of the garden, is an office/studio.
GARDEN STUDIO
This study space has glass doors looking out to the courtyard and back to the house. The room comprises armchairs, a desk and paintings on the walls, set against the stone brick wall. There is also a large bookcase. This provides a great space to work and focus the mind.
LIVING ROOM
Next to the dining room, is the living area. The room is spacious, with a desk, armchair and paintings on one side, and relaxed seating at the other end. There are two sofas and two armchairs, surrounding the fireplace. On the left of the fireplace is a television. From the ceiling hangs a chandelier, with beautiful ceiling rose and cornicing detail around the room. The space has classical style and elegance.
UTILITY ROOM
On the lower ground floor, is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
FIRST BEDROOM
This bedroom is light and spacious, with views to the garden below. There is a Super-King size bed in the centre, with artwork on the surrounding walls. This room also has a chest-of-drawers, armchair and bookcases.
EN SUITE
This bedroom includes an en suite shower room, with a large walk-in shower, basin and WC.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is similar to the first. This bedroom includes a double bed, with bedside tables and lamps either side. Artwork also decorates the walls and there are wardrobes either side of the window.
BATHROOM
On the second floor, is the bathroom. This includes a bath, with overhead shower, a basin, a bidet and a WC.
MASTER BEDROOM
Upstairs to the master bedroom, which is a magical space, with a beautiful painted ceiling, with a cascading spiral staircase for truly romantic drama. There are large windows, with a calming aspect to the trees outside. The bed is a King-size bed, with film-poster artwork surrounding the bed, as well as a bed side table. There are armchairs around the room and a desk with chair, which faces out to the window and beyond. The room also includes a small decorative fireplace and a television, atop a chest-of-drawers.
FOURTH BEDROOM
This bedroom is perfect for children staying in the property. The room includes two single beds, with a decorative fireplace and a bookcase. This room is decorated in art and toys and there is a wardrobe for storage.
