This modern, stylish villa has a very desirable position within easy
walking distance of the stunning Cala en Bosch marina crammed with
shops, restaurants and excellent sandy beaches nearby. A short drive
away takes you to the old capital Ciutadella, where you can spend
leisurely evenings dining along the marina front, wandering the chic
street markets and enjoying some relaxed nightlife.
Villa offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with fitted
wardrobes and high quality furnishings. Three bathrooms are spread over
the two floors, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an open plan
lounge/diner from where large glass doors lead directly onto the
terrace with your own inviting pool and a covered area perfect for
dining alfresco. At the rear of the house is a lush lawn area, great
for the kids to run around and play games.

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
