This is a large 170 sq.m. modern villa located in Tsesmes, near the famous Platanes tourist area, has an excellent view to the sea and the countryside, and an unforgettable sunset view. It can host up to 9 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The villa in the middle of a beautiful garden that is completely fenced.
On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds and one more with twin beds which share a bath/wc and a shower room. One of the double bedrooms and the twin have patio doors to the pool and terraces via a small balcony. The other double bedroom has patio doors out to a private balcony overlooking the garden. The fourth large twin bedroom with en suite shower room can be found on the lower ground floor, accessed via an exterior staircase.
A folding bed can be added to one of the bedrooms for an extra person.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- - Optional services:
- Baby high chair: included in the price.
- - Bed linen is changed every 3 days.
- - Towels are changed every 3 days.
