Peacefully sitting in a flower filled garden and surrounded by olive
groves, backed by dramatic hills, Villa is an easy walk
slightly uphill from the fishing village of Katelios, so that open sea
views can be enjoyed from the pool area, terraces and upper balconies.
Built in traditional Ionian style the house is very spacious with a
light filled living/dining room with large patio doors leading out to a
shaded terrace and the pool terrace. An open plan kitchen is well
equipped and on this floor there is also a guest WC. All three bedrooms
are on the first floor, offering lovely sea views and en suite shower
rooms. Beautifully decorated in romantic style, with some gorgeous art
work and lots of character this is a really comfortable and charming

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
