Trappeur’s Lodge at Trappeur’s Crossing Resort sits just one and a half blocks from the base of Steamboat Ski Resort; there’s a paved walkway that takes you directly from the building to the gondola, and to dining, shopping, and nightlife along the new base area promenade.
This complex has many wonderful amenities, including outdoor and indoor heated pools, multiple hot tubs, tennis courts, a sauna, a fitness facility, an outdoor fire ring, an outdoor kitchen with grills, and a heated underground parking garage - so you don’t have to worry about cleaning the snow off your car! There’s also a private shuttle (in winter) that can take you back and forth from the base of the ski resort, to the grocery store, or into downtown Steamboat Springs for shopping and dining later in the evening. You can definitely get away without having a rental car in this location!
This three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo has a living room with a gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, and a leather couch and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare a great meal for family and friends, and the dining area features both a kitchen table and additional bar seating. At night, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, a flatscreen TV, and an attached full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a flatscreen TV, and the third bedroom features full-size bunks, a flatscreen TV, and an attached full bathroom. The living room also has a sleeper sofa for additional accommodations.
There’s a separate ski storage locker in the entry area and shared laundry facilities in the building. This condo is a great option for families who want all the conveniences and amenities of a resort property in a great location just a short walk from the ski resort.
