With vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace in the living room, and three spacious floors, everyone will be able to spread out and slip into relaxation mode in no time. Regardless of how you use your days, the full kitchen will be more than ready to assist in prepping tasty meals and snacks with a blender, coffee maker, tea kettle, a full-size fridge, and stainless steel appliances. Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
