The Home
This is a beautiful 75 sq.m. house in the heart of Crete island, located in a magnificent natural environment in Spili area, with many shops, cafes, supermarkets and taverns. The view of the mountains is extraordinary while it’s ideal location offers the ability to visit both the north and the south coast of the island.
The house is just renovated and can host 5 guests in two bedrooms and in a sofa-bed. One bedroom has a double bed and the other 2 wide single beds. There are two modern bathrooms, with a shower/WC. The modern open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with many appliances and all cooking basics as well as with a 6 person dining table. The spacious and comfortable living room has a large satellite TV set and a huge corner sofa.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
