The Home
This is a two-floor 80 sq.m. house, just 50 meters from the blue-flag awarded, fully organized sandy beach of Rethymno. It is located in a few minutes walk from Rethymno center and the old town. The beach promenade from the house to the center is a wide pedestrian pavement, with resting areas and a bicycle lane.
The sunset from this promenade in unforgettable. In just a few meters from the house, there are all possible amenities and tourist attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and ATM.
The house has a private entrance that leads to the ground floor where you find a fully equipped and fashionably decorated living room and an open-plan, fully equipped modern kitchen. The staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds. There is one full bathroom with shower enclosure and one WC. In the front of the house, there are two balconies...

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
