This is a fully restored beautiful stone build construction, that is dated back to 1885. It is located in the picturesque village of Skouloufia, just 18km from Rethymno town. The whole villa is 220sqm and can host up to 12 persons. In front of the villa there is a paved patio area with a private 30sqm swimming pool and it also includes a children’s’ pool. There are 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms and a simple wc.
On the ground floor there is a traditionally furnished living area with a fireplace and a TV set. Three steps lead, through a stone beautiful arch, to a fully equipped open-plan kitchen area. There is a large refectory style dining table, a large fridge/freezer, a dishwasher and a microwave oven. Next to the kitchen, there is a WC and a utility room with the washing machine. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
