This villa is located just 500m from the beautiful sandy beach of Adelianos Kambos and it is near to all amenities, such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ATM etc. It has beautiful views to the sea and to the mountains, a private swimming pool, a garden, and secure private parking.
The villas have three bedrooms (with double, twin and single beds) and two bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen and a living room with sofa, dining area, satellite TV, sound system, fireplace and everything for relaxing and comfortable holidays. There is WiFi coverage throughout.
The exterior area has a private swimming pool, a BBQ area, exterior furniture, umbrellas, and sunbeds. The main rooms and the bedrooms have fantastic views and there is a secure parking area.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
