This lovely detached villa is located at the foot of the private El Vila Estate with fabulous views over the El Vila area and the Tramuntana mountains. It is an ideal choice for those who love outdoor space and views but also want to be within easy reach of the facilities that Puerto Pollensa has to offer including the famous Pine Walk and sandy beach. As you approach the house you are welcomed by a covered terrace area which also houses a ping pong table for entertainment in the shade.
