Nestled amongst the towering pines and whispy cedars on Chilnualna Lane, this sunlit retreat will fill you with a deep sense of rest and quiet appreciation. The living room’s floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the forest and the river beyond. Nature is just a pane of glass away. While sipping morning tea, you may watch the squirrels scampering across the pine needles, the blackbirds winging through the trees, the spring wildflowers in the native grass or an occasional coyote crossing the land. In the summer, you may gather your beach chair, towel, and inner tube and take a 2-minute walk down a dirt path to the jumping rock and swimming hole in the South Fork of the Merced River....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
