Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • You will be signing the Terms & Conditions for the property management
  • No pets are allowed unless specified. In pet-approved accommodations, the maximum number of dogs is 2 with management approval. Dogs must be on leashes when outside the home. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
  • The minimum rental age is 21 years old.
  • No undergraduate student rentals will be accepted without prior approval from management and are subject to additional restrictions.
  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home.
  • Quiet hours are in effect 10 pm to 8 am Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
  • No events or parties.
  • For condominium properties, parking is limited to two cars per home.
