Lakeland Village is adjacent to the Lakeland Golf course and within walking distance of virtually all major amenities in Quechee. The complex also has it’s own private tennis court. This home has four bedrooms and two full baths. The master bedroom with a king-size bed is located on the first floor. Three additional bedrooms are on the second level. The first bedroom has one twin bed, the second has a queen-size bed and the third, two twin beds. The fireplace in this home is not functional. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- You will be signing the Terms & Conditions for the property management
- No pets are allowed unless specified. In pet-approved accommodations, the maximum number of dogs is 2 with management approval. Dogs must be on leashes when outside the home. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
- The minimum rental age is 21 years old.
- No undergraduate student rentals will be accepted without prior approval from management and are subject to additional restrictions.
- Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home.
- Quiet hours are in effect 10 pm to 8 am Monday through Saturday, and all day on Sunday.
- No events or parties.
- For condominium properties, parking is limited to two cars per home.
