This is a delightful one bedroom apartment that is situated just a few steps away from the Eiffel Tower, ideal for a quick city break in Paris or a business trip as the neighborhood is chic and lively with little shops and restaurants.
Once you enter the apartment you are welcomed by a luminous living room that has a dining table for four people and a large sofa. From the two small balconies, you can take in the amazing view of the Eiffel tower whilst enjoying a nice glass of wine.
On the left of the entrance, you will find a fully equipped kitchen perfect if you want to whip something up at home instead of going out for dinner. The main bedroom, situated just on the left of the living room and next to the bathroom, has a comfortable 140cm queen size bed and a lovely view of the Parisian rooftops. Just up the stairs is the mezzanine which has two 70cm single beds open to the living area.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
