This home has a three-story layout. It does not have central air-conditioning; however, the bunk room has a mini-split unit for cooling as needed.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during the winter. This vacation rental is not suitable for parties; fines for over-occupancy will apply.
