"River Lodge is a spacious, 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathrooms, recently upgraded home that sleeps up to 12 guests - perfect for several families or a family reunion. The well maintained home has large picture windows and a spacious deck that overlooks the wild and scenic south fork of the Merced River. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is equipped with an 8 burner Wolf range, double ovens, two dishwashers, a large island for preparing meals, and all cookware, dishes, and eating utensils for a big group. The living room boasts a beautiful rock fireplace (wood provided in season), a satellite flat-screen TV, and WiFi. The downstairs family room has a TV and DVD player. The deck has a sweeping view of the meadow and river, a hammock, lounge chairs, picnic tables & chairs, and a gas BBQ - perfect for outdoor grilling and al fresco dining. Located at the end of the road, it is very quiet and just steps away from a couple of great swimming holes....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
