When you think of a mountain retreat, Waterstone at Eagle Ridge is it. You’ll be a short walk from the base of the ski resort at this luxury townhome, with 2,600 square feet of living space spread out across three levels. If you have a large group or two families in need of plenty of beds, this is a great option! Enjoy two primary bedroom suites, flatscreen TVs, high-speed WiFi, and a heated, one-car garage with plenty of room to store everyone’s skis and snowboards.
This townhome is only two and a half blocks from the base of the ski resort, so you can either walk or jump on the private shuttle that stops by the complex throughout the day. You’ll also be mere minutes from the base area promenade, where there’s shopping, dining, and various ski and snowboard rental shops. An outdoor heated pool and a shared hot tub are conveniently located in the center of the complex.
Features of this luxury townhome include vaulted ceilings in the great room, plenty of windows to bring in natural light and mountain views, a gas log fireplace, log accents throughout, and beautiful furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to create a great meal for friends and family, and the large dining table offers plenty of seating for everyone (with additional spots at the bar). The living room has two leather couches, a flatscreen TV, and a DVD player. A slider off the main floor leads to a deck with a gas grill.
The first primary bedroom is on the top floor, offering a private bathroom with a jetted tub, a stand-up shower, dual sinks, and a spacious walk-in closet. There’s a second kids’ room off the main floor with a full bathroom. The second primary bedroom on the lower level has an attached full bathroom and a flatscreen TV. The lower level has two more bedrooms with a flatscreen TV in each. There is a laundry room on the lower floor as well.
