Fresh and decorated with care to offer high levels of luxury and comfort, Emerald suite is a short 2-minute walk to the beach and walking distance to town center. It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bathroom with a shower enclosure and an open plan kitchen and living room area that open up to a spacious balcony with part sea views. The living room offers a a double sofabed so in total the apartment can host 4 guests. Baby cot is available on request. The apartment is fully equipped and fully air-conditioned and offers high speed wi-fi internet, satellite TV with English, Russian and European channels, secured covered parking and access to the communal swimming pool of the building. Listed Prices include 200KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh. Please note that there is a cleaning fee of Euro50 over and above the total booking amount. This property is suited for families, couples or professionals.
