The villa is a new and spacious villa just 2 minute’s walk to the Beach and walking distance to amenities located between Crystal Springs Beach and Ayia Triada Beach.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. The whole house is furnished luxuriously and with care to include all modern amenities including two comfortable sofabeds, wide screen TV, fast Wi-Fi internet and a fully equipped kitchen.
The first floor features the master bedroom with a double bed, two twin bedrooms with two large single beds each and the family bathroom.
The garden area offers a mature garden, high quality furniture and a good builtin BBQ.
The house is fully air-conditioned, fully equipped and offers high speed internet as wel as sattelite TV with streaming service. Overall it is ideal for a family holiday.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Crib: 5 EUR per day. Min.: 10 EUR. Max.: 100 EUR. Max. quantity: 3.
