The villa is a modern and spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the heart of Protaras and just a few steps from Sunrise Beach and all amenities. The house offers partial sea views, 150 square meters of living space an outdoor private pool, BBQ as well as a roof terrace.
The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining and kitchen area that open up to the large outdoor pool and garden area. The first double bedroom and a shower room are also conveniently located on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find two large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and a veranda with good sea views overlooking the pool. The master bedroom also offers a double sofa-bed so the villa can comfortably sleep eight guests, baby cots are also available on request. Further up there is a spacious roof terrace offering excellent views of the sea.
This home is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned, furnished to the highest quality and offers all modern appliances, free high speed Wi-Fi, satellite TV with English, European and Russian channels.

The famous Fig Tree Bay is about 3 minutes’walk with lots of water-sports on offer like water-skiing, windsurfing, pedalos, diving, canoeing, para-sailing, fly fish and just about any water-sports you may want. Protaras also offers a plethora of good local and international restaurants, pubs, cafes and a thriving night-life in the summer months.
Being in the center of everything you can expect some noise but this is the price you have to pay for being in the center of everything and just a few steps from some of the best beaches of the Mediterranean.
Listed Prices include 250KWh of electricity per week which is more than enough for normal use of the house. Additional electricity consumption is charged at Euro0.30/Kwh.
For stays shorter than 5 nights there is a surcharge of Euro150 over and above the total booking amount.

This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighborhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
