This is traditional 2 bedroom holiday house in a quiet and unique location on the coast of Protaras, a mere 2 minutes walk from Fig Tree Bay, probably the best beach in the Med, with crystal clear waters and pure white sand beach.
The villa is practcally in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. It is within walking distance from restaurants and taverns, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies. It is a very comfortable holiday villa surrounded by lovely Mediterranean style gardens including hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvillea and olive trees. The villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
