This is semi-detached property located just a few metres from Pernera Beach and only a few minutes’ walk to the centre of Ayia Napa. It offers great sea views and a superb patio area surrounded by a mature garden. Just in front of the villa is large lawn-covered garden ideal for children to play. The walkway that passes just in front of the villa stretches along the coast of Ayia Napa and one can easily walk along this walkway from Nissi Beach on the West to the beginning of Cape Greco Area on the East.
The villa offers an open plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living room offers comfortable sofas and flat screen TV.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
