This home also features one (1) on-site parking space, so unloading and loading is a breeze. As you pull into the Mixson neighborhood, you’ll notice the calm laid-back atmosphere of the area from the moss-covered Oaks to the well-traveled walking trails that line the community. Amidst the greenery, you’ll find the Marblehead in all of its blush glory - just waiting for you to arrive. After parking behind the home, you will walk around front to the outdoor staircase which leads you to the grand front entrance and porch space. The perfect place to sip your morning coffee and watch the sunrise. Step inside the front door to living room - featuring plenty of seating, a sizeable HDTV, and an electric fireplace for those winter stays.

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- *Pet policy: This home is not pet friendly but ADA service animals are always welcome. Please let us know before booking.
- *Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
- *No parties
- *No Smoking inside (guests can smoke outside)
- *No firearms
- *Abide to quiet hours outside (10 pm - 8am)
- *Only decorate with painters tape (guest will be liable for any damage caused by decorations)
