The Home
Unit 314 is the perfect place to get away and relax for you or the whole family. This large, 1,300 square foot, south facing condo is both spacious and clean. There are 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a double and twin bed (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room).
The Sandcastles complex itself is one of the best condominium buildings in the area, offering a heated pool, private access to the beach, a tennis court and sauna.
By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
