The Home
Unit 408 is a corner unit with floor to ceiling glass! You get an breathtaking view of the ocean from the living room and your 4th floor wrap around balcony. The unit comes with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay (towels, linens, washer/dryer, full kitchen, WiFi, etc). Both bedrooms and the living room have HD Plasma TV’s and cable. The master has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room.
Cape Winds is a beautiful complex with many amenities, including a heated pool and hot tub, two tennis courts, a basketball court and direct beach access. It is conveniently located about 1 mile north of the Pier and Ron Jons!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
