Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- 1) Rental Agreement will be sent electronically once the booking is confirmed.
- 2) Guests must be above the age of 25.
- 3) Parties are not permitted on the property.
- 4) The property is nonsmoking, violators will be fined a minimum of $1,000 for cleaning.
- 5) Security deposit of 25% / $10,000 (whichever is the greatest) will be charged separately and is due 1 days before arrival and released 10 business days after departure
- Pet Policy:
- -One adult dog up to 50lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
- -Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
- -Pet fee is required and charged separately: $500 non refundable
- -Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
- -Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
- If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
- PET ETIQUETTE:
- - Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
- - Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
- - Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
- - Keep them on leash while outside the home.
- - Always pick up after your dog.
- - Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
