When you walk in, you will find an open concept dining room/living room/kitchen with an impressive stone wood burning fireplace and beautiful rustic furniture perfectly positioned to soak in the majesty of Cannon Mountain and the Kinsman Range towering right in front of you. The show continues outside, when you step onto the large patio with expansive mountain views offering a beautiful built in outdoor grill area and stone fire pit. Watching the sun set from this beautiful spot is a real treat! you also can’t beat the convenience, just minutes to Cannon Mountain, Echo Lake, Franconia Notch, Loon Mountains and the many area attractions - from Santa’s Village to the Cog Rail to magnificent hikes and scenic drives.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
